30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand fully behind every pair of Clarity Blue Glasses. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund — no lengthy forms, no runaround. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason at all, we will make it right.

How to Request a Refund
1. Email us at support@clickcraftventures.net with your order number.
2. Briefly describe the issue — one sentence is enough.
3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
4. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

No Return Required
You do not need to return your Clarity Blue Glasses to receive a full refund. We trust our customers completely. Keep the glasses and we will still process your refund in full.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost. You do not need to return the item.

Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 90 days after the confirmed delivery date.
- Items showing clear signs of intentional physical damage beyond normal wear.
